Focus and Scope

Phinisi Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that focuses on key issues in the development of management science, entrepreneurship, and related disciplines. The journal serves as a platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to share their insights and findings, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in these fields. In the field of management, Phinisi Journal covers various topics, including business management, business ethics, business law, and state-owned enterprises. The journal also delves into marketing management, consumer behavior, service marketing, tourism, and public relations, as well as financial management, budgeting, risk management, and banking. Additionally, the journal publishes studies on human resource management, organizational development, knowledge management, and work climate, alongside research on operations management, logistics, supply chain management, and quality control. Phinisi Journal is published by the Indonesia Research and Study Center and is released three times a year, in January, May, and September.
